Nicole is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Most suppliers barely respond on a daily basis, but Nicole is always available. She helped answer all my questions and brought up design changes that would be made, as well as the reasoning behind them. I appreciate that because it is useful feedback that I can use to better design parts for future orders. The parts themselves were done quickly and accurately, exactly how I needed!
